I will try to be as concise as possible and refer only to the facts. Ulitimately, input from others is my intention for posting here.
Perhaps a year before the following experience, I had been introduced to Bardon by a bookshop owner.
" Went to lay down. Very soon, I began to rotate, anti-clockwise and upwards. (still laying down, but head seemed raised). After perhaps 1 minute the rotating gradually stopped. Then it continued, this time clockwise. I felt I was high above (the earth?).
Eventually, the rotating stopped fully, and I was upright, and elsewhere.
I found myself in motion, moving towards a purple/black egg/sphere shape in the distance. On the periphery of that "egg shape" was the colour red, which blended into the black of the universe. All about me was the universe. I felt panick and thought of a cross. A cross appeared, a thin black outline on black which turned into a vast and huge golden cross, emitting light in all directions. This settled me some, and I could still see its light behind me ( though i was not looking back!?) as I passed through this egg shape.
I was instantly confronted by a being coming towards me, torso and above only (no legs and dressed in light blue).This being, a slight human, was Angry!. As it came closer, it's mouth was open as if shouting, and it passed right through me. Again I was unsettled.
Almost straight away, I seemed to rise a little. I wa sthen confronted by another being, again torso and upwards only, this time a happy man, smiling, almost pleased to se me. He was in a deeper royal blue and of a heavier build. He just passed by.
Again I rose a little and came to a stop. I suppose I was just "hanging" in space.
I then noticed stars up high, and ( this is the most STRANGE thing! ) I thought " I want one of those" (how can u want a star?).
Almost instantly, one of those stars was just above my head and perhaps a metre away. I reached up and took it. It wasn't a star, but a very large diamond with so many facets. I held it between my thumb and and forefinger, and it rotated of its own volition, turning, showing me 100's of flecks of colour.
I slipped the stone into the fold of a garment like that of a robe / bathrobe - I never wear such things and my waking consciousness is not associated with such clothing.
I then began to move again. I was moving towards a "hole" like the one I had entered, but without colour - just a shade of black on black. I passed through it, then found myself stationary again. Almost instantly, flashes / pictures of evens were in my vision.
While I seemed very much conscious, as in like my waking state at the time, I thought " well this is nothing like i've just experienced, it all looks too normal " - and dismissed the things I was seeing. I then had the notion that I wanted to go back? Please understand, I am / was not familliar with anything like this, I just thought, go back.
I was then back at my body, but not quite in it. I remained in what seemed like normal consciousness and thought " what the hell was all that " - and then I remembered the stone! I reached into that same garment, and took it out.
Now for me, this is the strangest part. And forgive me if it all sounds utterly ridiculous. For some reason, I put it to my forehead, between my eyes. Instantly!!, it imbedded into my flesh. My flesh parted, and it wrapped over the edge of the stone - like a stone set in metal. The feeling was quite incredible.
Then, I could see what I can only describe as twisting whisps of coloured light, coming from afar and straight into that stone and into my head. Some were going the opposite way.
At this point, I passed out and was conscious no more - but the passing came with the notion or a voice that gave me the idea that " I can use this anythime I like to know the universe".
I woke the next day with FULL cognition of the entire experience. I was on an incredible high for two weeks, something ive not experienced since. And then a friend got killed, and I was brought hideously down to earth again!
THAT, is the sum of the experience. Since that time, 23rd March 1993, everything seems to have gone hideously downhill - what I can only describe as a horrible "dark night of the soul". I have become almost fatally disinteresed in life, and with my part in it.
I have not been able to "use" that what was planted there - although I do seem, somewhere within myself, to have a strange wisdom.
I have long since abandoned Bardons work, or any thoughts of a spiritual life - now I just look at tarmac day in day out driving my truck along motorways.
I would greatly appreciate any insight.

Hi!
I would be lying if I said I knew what exactly that was but from the description it sounds familiar with some of the things people describe when they have OBEs or do Astral Projections.
I would recommend the book by Robert Bruce "Astral Dynamics" if you haven't read it yet.
One thing to keep in mind is that these experiences are extremely personal and all elements in them only have meaning to the individual involved.
It sounds like a great experience anyway and I hope you find your way to some better days, you seem to be a bit disappointed with those of today

I recommend developing your soul -- don't leave the universe hanging. Such experiences are probably initiations, so (whether you do it Bardon's way or some other way) you will have to cleanse your psyche somewhat and try to live according to the beauty of your vision. Otherwise your life may indeed become very grey.
The addition of a stone to the body is a not-uncommon feature of shamanic initiation experiences; you might want to read up on those, but I am no expert.
A couple of books I do like, for general work to get you positive, accepting and wiser in life, which also are totally compatible with Bardon if you ever get back to him:
["The Practice of Auto-Suggestion by the Method of Emile Coue" by Brooks which was a major influence on the auto-suggestion technique of Bardon BTW, even down to using the string of knots.]
Once you get yourself more positivized, you could try using auto-suggestion for the ability to make use of your implanted gem and see what happens. Personally I would recommend at that time practicing also, not the whole of Bardon, but just the first exercise (Thought Control). This will give your mind stability which will probably be useful.

well.....i didnt really feel like reading that
but i saw the two options the OBE poll on this site had and none of them were right. the "spirit" (aka the mind) doesnt really exist in the 3rd dimension, it exists because of the brain in the third dimension but not in it. and i think that if a person gained consciousness in the 4th dimension (maybe something you'd people call spiritual consciousness...based on "the spirit" being located there. something i call true enlightenment and not a 3d dimensional false awakening.) they would be able to be in multiple 3rd dimensional locations at once.
i made this law that is basically that you can only perceive the dimension you are in, in the dimension below it. i'm saying that we see our 3 dimensional world in 2 dimensions....i dont really want to go into this because science says otherwise and people like to agree with the popular opinion (the popular opinion was once that the earth was flat) but i basically believe this because it's the only explanation a 2 dimensional tv screen can perfectly depict our "3 dimensional" perception. i can explain it better in person where i can show you but this is also why we thought our world was flat in the first place! if you draw a man on a paper he can only see in 1 dimension (solid that are right in front of him aka the paper) but he knows he is in 2 dimensions because he can move up in 2 dimensional directions.
long story short.... you are having a self induced dream but it doesnt mean it isnt real. the subconscious can predict anything. from looking at how the current moves in a river the subconscious knows everything about the earth

but what you do have to watch out for is your conscious interpreting the subconscious in a wrong way

It sounds to me that you have very little understanding of what Metempsychosis is, as you have to have a fully active pineal gland to achieve it. C-Section birthed peole don't have fully active pineal glands, and most adults have calcified their pineal glands well before the age of 23yr's of age, so never achieve Metempsychosis. Metempsychosis is similar to NDE, where one's consciousness can seperate itself from the body of flesh, rather like remote viewing but with an ability to travel through time and space to a previous for future life and returning back to it's body of flesh origine. -The only way to understand what Metempsychosis is, when you fully understand the meaning of William shakespeare's "I shall wap a girdle roundabout the Earth" with it's equivalent 'The Chord of an angle equals twice the sine of half of the angle' which is Sperical Trigonometry of which the pineal gland operates much like a spinning dynamo in connection with the Earth's Ley Line Grid, and if you cannot understand any of this, then you'll never make the Passover to another life once this one has ended simply because your brain's are too mentally disfunct for you reincarnation of yourselves! Sory to be such a critical person, but untill you understand what goes roundabout, cometh roundabout, then you'll never get another life in this Universe!
